Deleting a farm from the Microsoft SharePoint Server Farms node
If a server farm is no longer in use or is no longer valid, you can remove it from the Microsoft SharePoint Server Farms node.

Note:

If Backup Exec is installed on the same server that is used as a Web server in a farm, you cannot delete that farm.

To delete a farm from the Microsoft SharePoint Server Farms node

On the navigation bar, click the arrow next to Backup.

Click New Backup Job.

In the selection tree, right-click Microsoft SharePoint Server Farms, and then click Manage Server Farms.

Select the farm you want to delete, and then click Delete.
