Troubleshooting tips for true image restore
Errors that can occur in regular restore jobs can also occur in true image restore jobs. If you cannot restore using true image backup sets, try restoring from individual backup sets in the View by Media tab.

The job fails with the error “Error retrieving catalog information.”

Most likely, one or more prior catalogs are not present.
If the catalog of the selected set is present but some prior catalogs are not present, check the job log to find this specific catalog error.

You cannot expand the View by Resource restore selections to display the true image restore selections.
|
If any prior catalogs are missing, the restore view cannot be expanded.
