You can place all jobs that back up a selection list on hold to prevent the jobs from running. The jobs do not run until you change the job’s hold status.
To hold jobs that back up a selection list

In the Backup Selection Lists pane, right-click the selection list whose jobs you want to place on hold, and then click Hold Jobs. You can select multiple selection lists by selecting a selection list, and then pressing the <Ctrl> or <Shift> keys while you click other selection lists.
The jobs that back up this selection list are placed on hold.

To remove the hold and run the jobs according to the schedule, click Remove Hold.
