Troubleshooting the display of robotic library devices

If the robotic library devices are not correctly displayed in the Devices view, try the following:

If a robotic library appears in the backup devices list as a stand-alone drive:

Run the Tape Device Configuration Wizard. In the Configure Library Drives panel, correct the association by clicking and dragging the drive to the appropriate robotic library.

If the robotic arm is not shown:

Ensure that you have enabled robotic library support.

If you make any changes, run an Inventory operation to update Backup Exec’s media database.
