Changing the status of a device to online
If a device goes offline, you can change the status to online after you correct the problem.
To change the status of a device to online

On the navigation bar, click Devices.

Expand the icon for the computer where the device is located.

Select the device that is offline.

Under General Tasks in the task pane, click Online.
