You can view audit logs to see when changes were made in Backup Exec and which users made the changes.

In Select category to view, select the category for which you want to view audit information.
See Audit Logs options.

Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the Audit log window to view the whole entry, or double-click the entry to display the same information in an easy-to-read Audit Log Record.
