You can respond to active alerts and depending on the alert condition, you can either continue or cancel the operation.

Automatically display new alerts |
Enables alerts to appear automatically on the Backup Exec console when they are sent. If you do not select this option, you must respond to alerts through the Active Alerts pane.

Lets you view the job log for the job that triggered the alert. | ||
Automatically respond to and clear all alerts in the category |
