Configuring a printer recipient
You can select installed printers as a notification method for recipients; however, Backup Exec does not support fax printer devices. Only printers that were configured using the same username and password as the Backup Exec service account can be selected.
To configure a printer recipient

On the navigation bar, click Alerts.

Click Active Alerts.

Under Notification Tasks in the task pane, click Configure recipients.

Click New, click Printer in the Recipient Type dialog box, and then click OK.

Select the appropriate options in the Printer Recipient Properties dialog box.
